Jurassic Park Dino Trackers

2009 release, these guys for better or for worse, look like the ones from the first lines.

The first time I ever laid eyes on these, I thought Hasbro had gone bananas, since nowadays less than 100 points of articulation is a thing of the past. On the other hand, these are perfect fits for continuity purposes if you´re a JP collector.

The cost of the 3 sets was 12 bucks, so it was worth the buy, however you look at it. But when you do, when you really do... you just feel these are from Jurassic Park... I mean the first movie... and that is like... 1993. Almost 2 decades. However, a classic is not an old thing by itself. And when you had G.I.Joe for more than 10 years THEN... it really makes you think what sucks now, sucked then. Don´t get me wrong, I like JP movies, and some of the toy line´s vehicles are top notch... I just feel they should have done a lot better then, because essentially, they COULD HAVE!

One very cool thing... the blisters. Filled with bites and scratches. Kinda nice. And the warning sticker is pretty much there. Being a multimedia designer, I enjoy these "attention to detail"... well... details. For collecting purposes, these are plain great! It´s a smart design which not only looks cool, it does not draw your attention away from the figure...
